Personality Disorders & Moral Injury in Helpers

Working with individuals who have personality disorders can place sustained ethical and emotional strain on helpers. This training examines how repeated boundary violations, distorted narratives, and chronic conflict can contribute to moral injury, particularly when professionals are pressured to act against their values or role. The focus is on understanding these dynamics and recognizing how moral injury develops in helping roles.

Traditional training often fails to address the emotional toll on helpers.
